Graphometer
A graphometer is used for angle measurements. the device is mounted on a Jacobs staff via a ball and socket joint and comprises a graduated semi circle carrying two alidades with sights, one attached to the semi circle, the other rotating on the graduation.

In effect it is a half circumferentor.
